Scienctific Tips for Effective Studying 

One thing they didn't mention: during sleep your brain is actually at work thinking over what you were studying before bed. So set some time aside before a decent bedtime to be thinking over the parts of something complicated, and your brain will be working on it while you sleep.

Getting to know the course:
I will hand out the course information sheet and calendar. Copies are also available in the Moodle version of this course.
A. On paper, write the answers to these questions about the yellow handout:
